This Pregnancy yoga course is designed for women through the duration of their pregnancy. There are functional classes on pelvic floor health, flows to all energy levels and meditations to help with anxiety and birth preparation. I am 8 months pregnant whilst filming most of these so you can see in reality how to move with a bump. Enjoy!
